Drop-In Yoga

We believe women value opportunities to become comfortable with their bodies during pregnancy and after giving birth.

All of our pre and post-natal yoga classes are lead by certified instructors specializing in helping women to strengthen and prepare their bodies for labour and motherhood.

Our prenatal classes help women from their first trimester of pregnancy onwards enjoy the benefits of exercise during pregnancy, while our postnatal classes help women recover from the pregnancy and childbirth and embrace their beautiful new mama bodies!

  • All activity classes are available on a drop-in basis only.
  • Registration is not necessary for these classes.
  • The drop-in fee is $12  
  • Punch-cards are available as $55 for 5 classes or $100 for ten classes.
  • Punch Cards are NOT refundable, but they are FULLY transferable.
  • Plan to arrive 10 minutes before start time to make sure you have a spot in the class.

Mothering Touch Prenatal Yoga is stimulating, relaxing and stress-releasing, pure bliss for the pregnant mama-to-be.  Our instructors will lead you through safe yoga poses, pelvic floor strengthening, breath awareness and shavasana.



Postnatal Yoga For Mommies Only   ((new!))
Wednesday Evenings - 5:30 to 7:00pm
Take a little time just for yourself to support your body’s natural recovery process with relaxing postnatal yoga in the company of other new Moms.  Elke Schlufter will help you strengthen you pelvic floor and core muscles while gently working out the kinks in your shoulders and lower back.  Take advantage of some quiet time for deep relaxation and return to your new family refreshed and restored.



Mom & Baby Postnatal Yoga
Thursday Afternoons - 1pm-2pm
Join Yoga instructor Carol Adams to discover safe sequences of postnatal poses that follow the body's natural recovery process after childbirth.  Classes include relaxation and discussion.  Babies who are not yet mobile and welcome.



Mom & Toddler Yoga
Monday Mornings - 10:30am-11:30am
We invite you and your toddler to join Michelle Hibbens on a wonderful journey of yoga, movement, discovery and friendship.  Both yoga philosophy and movement will be the focus of this class.  The structure and emphasis of each class will depend on you and your child, exploring at your pace everything from shoulder releases to core work, breathing exercises to laughter.  This is a fantastic way to learn to practice with your toddler and give your child and yourself the gift of yoga.



Family Yoga
Sunday Mornings - 11am-12pm
We invite your whole family to join Ann-Kathrin for a fun hour of yoga for parents and kids! There is something for everyone in each class: singing songs and heart openers for little ones, fun yoga games for children, challenging postures for teens and an opportunity for a good stretch and realigment for adults. While creating space in the body we create spaces between our thoughts, allowing for more peace and creativity. Through family yoga we can connect to each other and spend quality time together. It's a practice that can carry on at home as well!
